An adaptation of Jules Verne's 1874 novel.  Amidst the Civil War, five northern POWs escape by hijacking a hot air balloon.  They awake the following morn to find themselves on a mysterious desert island, along with other survivors lost in space and time (including two women from modern times who were stranded after flying over the Bermuda Triangle. It's an adventure with pirates and monsters abound, plus a volcano that's ready to blow!
